Shame

Shame can quietly shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.

It can tell us that we are not enough, that we are unworthy of love, or that something about us is fundamentally wrong.

Shame even has a way of making us believe that our pain is our identity—that what happened to us, what we’ve done, or what we struggle with somehow makes us less worthy. It can leave us hiding, overthinking, people-pleasing, striving for perfection, or constantly wondering if we are enough.

Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to hide or pretend. Together, you can gently uncover the roots of shame, challenge the beliefs that keep you stuck, and learn to meet yourself with compassion instead of criticism.

You don’t have to keep carrying shame alone. Healing is possible, and you are worthy of experiencing yourself with greater acceptance, freedom, and hope.
