Rates & Insurance
The standard fee is $175.00 per 50 min session.
However, a sliding scale is still available at the therapist’s discretion — based upon individual needs.
- Witness Fee / Court Appearance – $350.00 per hour (portal to portal)
- Pre-Marital Program – $150.00 per session (per couple)
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
If you intend on using your medical insurance for coverage of the counseling sessions, please complete and return the form below to your therapist. Please note that Pathway is considered to be “out of network” for some insurance companies and you may be required to pay for the counseling services and submit for any reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
We are currently considered in network for the following insurance companies:

- ChampVA
- Oscar
- Curative
- Cigna
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
