Groups
We provide group therapy to assist with developing a community with others who understand what you are experiencing and to help move the skills learned in therapy outside of the counseling office. Groups provide support in different ways than individual counseling does and we look forward to seeing how group therapy can provide you with new levels of healing and freedom!
