Men's Health

You may be functioning on the outside while struggling on the inside. Maybe stress is affecting your relationships, anger feels harder to manage, motivation has disappeared, or you’re navigating a transition you weren’t prepared for. Counseling gives you a place to talk openly about what’s happening and figure out what comes next. Together, we can work toward greater emotional resilience, healthier relationships, better coping skills, and a stronger sense of direction—without judgment and without having to pretend you have it all together.

In dealing with men's health, we will focus on these 5 distinct areas in your life:

1. Physical - This can be a combination of overall physical health, weight management, exercise, and how you see yourself.

2. Emotional - Learning to deal with internal struggles, self-worth and value

3. Relational - Learning how to communicate your thoughts and emotions, building community with other men (you need other men who will support you and kick you in the butt), seeing the value of friendships and community

4. Spiritual - Understanding your spiritual foundation of who you are in Christ, how to be a spiritual leader and man of God, how to stand in the world as a believer

5. Intellectual - Learning to control the thoughts that are in your mind, to become stronger intellectually by challenging yourself to learn.
