Helping couples and families build or repair relationships, Darrell Rhines and Laura Rhines effectively serve by offering co-therapy. This means clients have the benefit of two counselors working with them at the same time in their sessions.
This innovative team approach to couples, family, premarital, and support groups is sought after since it offers understanding from both a male/female perspective, it brings years of diverse experience, and it creates more solutions, ideas, and insight.
If needed, each therapist can also work with an individual during sessions, enabling both personal and relationship healing to take place simultaneously. Darrell and Laura are also trained in treating trauma which can often be a root cause for distress, both personally and in relationships.
Darrell is a registered Mental Health Counselor intern and Laura is a registered Marriage and Family Therapist intern. Both have their Master of Science degrees in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Laura and Darrell Rhines currently lead a monthly group called “LGBTQ+ Family and Friends Support Group.” If you have a family member or friend who has “come out” identifying as part of the LGBTQ+ community, please call 407-701-5990 for information on this confidential, judgment-free support group.
