Meet our new College Counseling Program intern, Bisi Gbadamosi. Bisi’s love for helping others has manifested in many ways. During her undergraduate career at the University of Central Florida, she was able to determine that mental health was the path she most wanted to pursue. As she studied psychology, criminal profiling, and behavioral forensics, she gained hands on experience by being a behavioral technician at a co-occuring substance abuse center.

Currently, Bisi works as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) provided Applied Behavioral Analysis services to neurodiverse minors. This has. Enabled her to be more sensitive to a variety of sensory needs and communication preferences. In addition to being an RBT, Bisi works as a part time missionary for an organization in the Dominican Republic, with the goal of moving there full time, to provide mental health services.

Bisi is in her last year of a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Palm Beach Atlantic University – Orlando Campus. Her prayer is that through her studies, work and volunteer experiences, she will continue to help people navigate their mental health journey!

Bisi’s counseling fees range from $15 – 20 per session for college students and young adults.
